Wien Energie’s sales and customer service teams organise advertising campaigns several times a year. Our campaigns are both digital and analogue, and we are always seeking ways to optimise them.

An electricity provider in Austria is looking for a solution that makes it possible to scan handwritten changes made in the mailed-out documents and accurately extract the relevant information from them. the company runs several advertising campaigns during the year, both digital and analogue, and they are seeking new ways of optimisation.

The solution should support the automation of workflows to improve customer service and the efficiency of advertising campaigns. To this end, the company would be open to optimising the design of the documents to be scanned in order to achieve a higher success rate, as well as solutions offering comprehensive document management in this context. It would also be an advantage if the solution can run in the background so that their employees do not have to use any additional applications.

This is a so-called innovation challenge project for start-ups, best projects will be awarded with 50,000 euros for the proof of concept (PoC) phase. Young companies can also benefit from the electricity provider's infrastructure, expertise and access to over 2 million customers, which helps start-ups to successfully launch their ideas and products on the market.
